In order to apply successfully for our services you will need:

• For Existing Tenants (Residential or Commercial):

  1. Lease agreement​

  2. 4 months Rental Statement

• For New Tenants (Residential or Commercial):

1. Lease agreement​

2. Credit checks for the tenant, as supplied by an agent. For Commercial, this includes the company and board of directors' credit checks. 

 

Please note that lease agreements with existing tenants who are already in breach of their lease agreement contract or has been in breach of contract in the previous 4 months, qualify for Xpello limited services. Please contact our office for more information.
