In order to apply successfully for our services you will need:

  • For Existing Tenants (Residential or Commercial):

    1. Lease agreement​

    2. 4 months Rental Statement

  • For New Tenants (Residential or Commercial):

  1. Lease agreement​

  2. Credit checks for the tenant, as supplied by an agent. For Commercial, this includes the company and board of directors' credit checks.
